Credit returns and conditions

At paperclip, we want you to be satisfied with your credit purchases. This policy explains when and how credits can be returned.

Important: No Cash Refunds

paperclip does not provide cash refunds for credit purchases. All returns are processed as credit returns to your account.

Eligibility for Credit Returns

  • Invalid contact information - The customer's phone number or email is incorrect
  • Duplicate leads - You were charged twice for the same lead
  • Fraudulent requests - The request was clearly fake or spam
  • Technical errors - System errors that resulted in incorrect charges

Not Eligible for Returns

  • Customer not responding to your contact attempts
  • Customer chose a different professional
  • Project cancelled by the customer after initial contact
  • Dissatisfaction with the lead quality (if information was accurate)

How to Request a Credit Return

Contact our support team within 7 days of unlocking the lead

Provide the lead ID and reason for the return request

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

If approved, credits will be returned to your account
